What we deliver

Organisation design & workforce planning

Align workforce capacity, critical roles and capability needs with your business plan.

Best suited for

Growth, restructuring, new sites, or recurring staffing gaps.

What we deliver

  • Demand scenario modelling
  • Role volume planning
  • Critical-role coverage
  • Talent supply mapping

Growth plans usually fail on structure and capacity, not intent. We translate your business plan into the roles, spans, accountabilities and hiring sequence needed to deliver it — then show where capability, not headcount, is the real constraint.

The business problem

Growth, restructuring, new sites, or recurring staffing gaps.

Practical business value

Put the right number of people, with the right skills, in the roles that matter most.

Who this is for

  • Businesses entering a new market, channel or site
  • Leadership teams restructuring after growth or acquisition
  • Sales organisations with unclear territory or role boundaries
  • Boards asking whether the workforce can carry the plan

How it runs

A sequenced engagement, not a workshop

  1. 01

    Clarify the growth plan

Revenue, channel and volume assumptions converted into workforce demand drivers.

  2. 02

    Map current structure

Roles, spans, layers, accountabilities and single points of failure documented.

  3. 03

    Model scenarios

Base, stretch and downside scenarios sized by role family and location.

  4. 04

    Sequence the moves

Hiring, restructure, mobility and capability actions ranked by impact and lead time.

What we measure

  • Critical roles with agreed coverage plan
  • Vacancy lead time against plan
  • Cost of workforce as a share of revenue
  • Span of control within agreed range

Questions

Common questions

Is this a restructure exercise?
Not by default. We start from the plan and only recommend structural change where the current design blocks delivery.
How much data do we need?
Headcount, roles, locations and the business plan are enough to start. We work with what exists and flag gaps.
Who needs to be involved?
The commercial or operations lead, HR, and finance for cost assumptions. Typically four to six short sessions.
