Science and trust
How we keep this defensible
Methodology
Work begins with role requirements, not with an instrument. Assessment methods are selected for the question, the population and the decision they support.
Assessment evidence
We document what each assessment is intended to evidence, the population it suits, and the uses it does not support. Evidence status is described plainly, without invented statistics.
Responsible use
Assessment supports decisions made by people. We do not automate employment decisions, and we design engagements so human oversight is explicit.
Privacy and consent
Participants are told what is collected, why, how it is used, how long it is held and how to access or correct it. Consent is informed and never assumed.
Data security
Assessment data is handled under agreed access controls, with third-party assessment providers named to clients. Any data location statement is made only after verification.
Accessibility
Digital outputs target WCAG 2.2 AA. Assessment administration is planned so participation is practical for non-desk, multi-site and multilingual workforces.
