Questions

Frequently asked

How long does a readiness view take to produce?

Timing depends on the populations in scope and whether a competency architecture already exists. We agree scope and timing with you during the Align stage rather than quoting a standard duration.

Do we need an existing competency framework?

No. Where a usable framework exists we work with it. Where one does not, or where it is disconnected from assessment, we define the role requirements needed for the question in scope.
